Job profile: The team leader would be required to handle a team of over 10 to 12 telesales selling the companies financial products and services.

The team manager would be required to handle four to five team leaders managing the overall process of selling of the financial products of the company.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate or a MBA with a spirit to lead the team under him.

Experience: Team Leader - at least 1 year of team handling experience in selling financial products.

Team Manager - at least 2 years of team handling experience in selling financial products.
