i am passed my 12th in 2011 will i give iseet 2013 if i eligible for iseet 2013 then we will eligible for iit or aieee both or not

The decision has not come yet from the council.
I hope it would be 2 years as in case of IIT-JEE.

Sir,i have passed my intermediate exam in 2012,written iit,aieee in the same year for 1st time,i attempted iseet in 2013,can i reappear for iseet 2014,please clear my doubt sir.
