Sir, l qualified my NET exam in 2018. Can I apply directly for PhD admission as I had cleared NET 2 years back? Is there any other entrance for PhD? And, which all universities are good for PhD?

Note that NET exam result is valid for 2 years from the date of declaration of result. Hence, you can directly apply for Ph.D. admission on the basis of your NET result.

The validity period of the NET JRF to apply for PhD is two years. Suppose, if your result was announced in March/April 2018. The validity starts from 1 July 2018 to 1 July 2020.
The validity for NET LS or Assistant Professor is for lifetime but age constraints are applicable when apply for Assistant Profeeor in Universities.
