How marks gradually decreases to 47 if shown 54 marks in EAMCET response sheet?

Sir/Madam, I have got 54 marks in EAMCET response sheet. But the results are declared and my marks comes down to 47. How this is possible? I really don't understand. Please tell me about this immediately. Thank you!
