MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. Admission to MBBS course is given on basis of ranks scored in various entrance exams like AIPMT, AIIMS etc.
Eligibility criteria for these exams: *Candidate must have done 10+2 from a recognized board. You must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology. *You must score at least 45% marks as you belong to ST category. Every year minimum marks required to get admission in MBBS course changes. But if you secure at least 40% of total marks of AIPMT or AIIMS exam, you can definitely get admission in MBBS course being ST candidate. For general candidate it is nearly 60-65%. |
