dear friend

cpt stands for common proficiency test, it is conducted for entrance in ca course,

passing criteria for cpt :

a student have to score minimum 30% to pass individual subject and 50% over all, e.g

4 papers of cpt :

fundamentals of accounting - 60 marks, passing marks 18
(30% of 60 = 18)

mercantile law - 40 marks, passing marks is 12
(30% of 40 = 12)

economics - 50 marks, passing marks is 15
(30% of 50= 15)

quantitative aptitude -50 marks , passing marks is 15
(30% of 50= 15)

and the sum of all these 4 subjects must be 100 out of 200

good luck
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
