Hi currently i m studying in 12th std and my aim is to be a very good aeronautical engineer .
So i just want to know how much minimum percentage I should get in 12th std to get admission in a good aeronautic college.

The minimum percentage required for being an aeronautical engineer you must have 50% aggregate in your physics , chemistry and mathematics in your senior secondary school examination .

Also to be offered aeronautical engineering from a college with high placements you have to score good marks and qualify in the engineering entrance examinations like JEE ,State EEE , Comed-K , VITEEE , SRMEEE .

Also the minimum percentage of marks required in 12th board examination for qualifying to the further studies you must have 33% aggregate in your board examination if you are CBSE student otherwise it varies to 30% to 40% for ICSE boards and state boards .

Well friend as you want to become an aeronautical engineer then you have to appear for entrance exams conducted by different colleges and universities which offer this course.
ELIGIBILITY:
1.You must have completed your 12th from any recognized board.
2.You should have scored minimum 60% marks in your 12th.
3.There is no age limit criteria for these entrance exams.

See nowadays percentage of marks score in 10+2 exam matters a lot for getting admission in top Engineering College.

If you really want to pursue Aeronautical Engineering from top institutes of India like IIT, NIT and other government engineering college, you must aim to score as much as possible in 10+2 exams as it will keep you ahead of other students.

In Joint Entrance Exams both in mains and Advanced stage, 10+2 percentage of marks is taken into account, so do not think about scoring minimum marks to get admission but aim for scoring more than 90% marks in 10+2 board exams.

Minimum percentage required for 12th more then 50% its evn based on the group your going to choose if your going to choose the MPC group you ll have to have good marks in maths physics and chemistry .
