hello sir, can you please tell me how much is the negative marks for tancet and how much we have to score to get admission in anna universtiy itself.

the negative marking is there in TANCET .it is 1/4th of the marks alloted for the question only if your answer to the attempted question is wrong.

no one tell you exact percentage but i think it is approx 60%...
negative marking scheme is 1/4 for each wrong answer...
TANCET exam conducted on 29 or 30 may....

if you attempt a question and it comes out to be wrong then 1/4th of the marks allotted to that question will be deducted.
so be careful when marking answer to the question.

There will be100 objective type questions divided in 5 sections. The time allotted will be 2hrs. i.e 120 mins.

Each question will be provided with 4 answers & you have the select the correct one. each question will be of 1 mark & for each wrong answer 1/4 mark will be deducted.

i scored 20.40 in my tancet 2010 what kind of college i get

you need to give your exam very perfectly.
there is 25% negative marking in all against for the wrong answer.
first see the question and then answer.

Negative marking exists in all competitive exams.
For TANCET, 25% mare=ks allocated for each question is deducted if the answer is wrong.

There is 1/3 negative marks for each wrong answer and one more thing if you shade multiple options for a question it will be considered as wrrong answer and 1/3 marks will be deducted.

NOTE:There will be 4 options for each question but negative marking is 1/3
