Package of Syntel

SYNTEL is one of the reputed IT company around the
world. It selects many engineers for their IT company
every year.

The selection procedure for the SYNTEL is done in two
phases. The first phase is of written test and second is
of Interview.

1.WRITTEN TEST
The following topics were asked in the written test of SYNTEL

verbal questions 25 questions

quantitative aptitude 30 questions

logical reasoning 30 questions.

PACKAGE
The syntel package now has been increased for the fresher.

I have attached a placement paper with this thread. As I have
only found one paper so I have attached only one paper of
SYNTEL with this thread.
Its around 2.6 to 2.8 lac.

Dear friend yes you can get in this company very good package.............


if you have talent and experience then any-one can't stop to you............

that's why you can apply in this company and this is a reputed company in software..............

and in the begining package is not very good but after sometime you can get good-package if you will take some experience.............

and you will get 3lacs to 4lacs in the beginning that's you should try in it..........

if you can work very well in this company and you can immediately promotion your post that's why this is very good company.....

Syntel pays around 2.5- 2.8 PA to the freshers in its initial training process.
after the training process it pays as per the performance basis.

What is the cut off percentage of syntel company?

what is the format of question paper for this year?would aptitude questions be a part or its only reasoning & english?
