EAMCET stands for the Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance test. It is the entrance examination of the Andhra Pradesh State Government for admission in undergraduate courses in engineering, medical and agriculture.

Any candidate who has passed the 10+2 from a recognized board like CBSE, ICSE or Andhra Pradesh Board of Education can apply for the exam. For medical courses, you must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the 10+2 level.

In any entrance exam for getting a medical seat, a candidate must try to score at least 60% marks in the entrance examination. So if you satisfy the eligibility criteria and appear in the EAMCET exam, you should score at least 60% marks or more in entrance exam.
