As you have not mentioned that from which state polytechnic exams forms you are asking for So its difficult to give you the correct reply.But from the Kerela state if you want to get the admission form from the Central Polytechnic College then you will get Application form and prospectus from the Principals of any Polytechnic Colleges in the state at a cost of Rs.100/- per copy if received in person, and Rs. 135/- per copy if it is to be sent by post. For Scheduled Cast/Scheduled Tribe candidates, it will be Rs.50/- and 85/- respectively. Money order or cheques will not be accepted. The forms, etc., will be sent by registered post if not taken in person. Crossed Indian Postal Order for Rs. 135/- or Rs 85/- as the case may be, for each form in favour of principal of the concerned Polytechnic College will be accepted by the Principals.For more details visit to-
