see GD topics are given on the spot to the candidates... What topic Mentor gives you that depend upon him/her... but still I am providing you a list of general topics which might be help you...
1. women are better at multi tasking ?? 2.Do women make good managers ? 3.whether hard working or smart working is desirable ? 4. Role of ethics in business ? 5.should GD be a part of campus placement ? 6.Is leaders born or they are made in business schools ? 7.Managerial skills learnt in the classroom can never match those learnt from experience.. 8. smaller businesses and start ups have more scope for professional growth..?? 9. we need more Enterpreneur than managers..? 10. Retention of employees.. The topics are given basically to check the confidence and skills in the candidate. once you will practice to participate in the GD, your hesitation will get removed and you will be able to talk over any topic... Now coming to the PIs... The frequently asked questions in the PIs : 1.Tell me about yourself ?? 2.why should I hire you ? 3.what are yours strengths & weaknesses ? 4.what is the difference between confidence and over confidence ? 5.what is the difference between hard work and smart work ? 6.can you work under pressure ? 7. what are your goals ? 8.what motivates you to do good job ? 9.give me an example of creativity ? 10.How long would you expect to work with us if hired ? 11. what are your career options right now ? 12. have you considered starting your own business ? 13.how much salary do you expect ? 14.where do you see yourself five years from now ? 15. on a scale from one to ten, rate me as an interviewer ? These were the questions that can be asked and you should answer them nicely..
