Tips to Excel
- Be on time for the interview. On time means five to ten minutes early
- maintain a nice portfolio with copies of your resume, include a pen and paper
- know about company
- Dress Appropriately (formal preferred)
- Be confident in your skills and abilities when you are talking to the interviewer
- Try to stay cool, calm, and collected
- Make eye contact and avoid distractions
- Ask yourself, "Why am I the best person for the job?"
- If you feel flustered, pause and take a few deep breathes to gather your thoughts.
- Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions
- Try to Know the interviewer's name and use it during the job interview
- Listen to the entire question before you answer and pay attention - you will be embarrassed if you forget the question!
- At the end of the interview thank the interviewer for taking the time to interview you.


Normally good companies conduct three to four rounds, And mainly focus on following topics...

-Aptitude,
-logical reasoning,
-Data interpretation/sufficiency,
-Technical ,
-microprocessor memory arrangement,
-c ,
-memory management algorithm stuff and etc

1. Initial screening: Recruiter deals with personal data(resume), effective
communication skills(G.D), logical reasoning, IQ/EQ test.
2. Department specific:Technical HR interview(they will analyse you crisis
management skills and your presence of mind...)
3. Final Interview: HR Interview (here there will be a very causal
meeting but here is where they would check your
attitude and your aptitude for HR as a function. Also
here is when the real salary negotiation happens)

why HCL did not offer off campus for M.Sc IT\CS students?..

I have a gud percentage in my 10th , U.G as well as in P.G, and in my 12th std i secured 59.92 can i able to attend the on campus.

Hcl company is coming to our college sir please tell me the topics in aptitude which i have to prepare and also i request you to send me hcl papers.

hcl is conducting 150 questions divided into three parts. what kind of questions we may expect and what wil be the selection criteria i.e cut off

when hcl conducts off campus in eastgodavari?

i have 59.66% in 10th, 67% in 12th, 64% in B.Sc,72% in MCA ..can i sit in hcl ofcampus...

HCL eligibility criteria :

1.Academic qualification :
The candidate must have minimum 55% marks throughout academic career.

2.Study gap :
Maximum 2 years of study gap is allowed here

3.backlog criteria :
The candidate should not have any active backlog
