I have lost my registration number. However I have lost register email id and phone number please sir do something please tell me how to recover registration number

You will have to request the following form or the following council about your issue and you may also have to undergo a different process where you may have to submit all of your documents your degree again and also have to write an application in order to get your register number back
apart from the following there will not be an issue for the email id and phone number as this can be changed very easily once you approach your council or a firm
