Cool Re: How shall I prepare for IPS Exam?

If you are graduate degree holder from some recognised institution, then you can
apply for Civil Service Examination.

The age limitation for this exam is
21-30 years for General category candidates
21-33 years for OBC category candidates
21-35 years for SC/ST/PH category candidates.

The application process for the exam, is generally done in online. The online application is
done through http://upsconline.nic.in/

The Preliminary exam of Civil Service Examination 2012 has already been conducted.
You can apply for Civil Service Examination 2013 or later.

The schedule of CSE-2013 should be announced by the end of this year on the official
website of UPSC i.e. http://www.upsc.gov.in/

You may obtain syllabus and previous year question papers of the examination from that website.
Thanks..
All the best..
Preapare well..
