sir/madem,i have wrongly filled marks obtained and max marks in UGC NET application form june 2012 please suggest me what should i have to do for its correction

sir i applied for UGC NET JUNE 2012 after submission of online form i find that my exam center is Kerala. however i want to apply for kurukshetra university kurukshetra. i don't know i m wrong or not during submission of online form. if there is any solution plz send me email [email protected]

Sir,i have applied for UGC NET JUNE 2012 after submission of online form only i came to know that the name of university column should be filled as TNTEU (Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University), since that option was not there, i have just clicked as University of madras. Kindly tell me the solution how to correct it, i have applied it online. Since it is the first time, i dont know how to apply such option (Click ->others ->Type respective university) please kindly help me out sir. Clearing UGC NET is my DREAM. when i clear it, will any problem arise during certification. please reply sir my mail id is [email protected]

I have filled wrong date of birth. And I got to know that after submission.
As I saw in previous questions and answers, one suggested that to make cprrection on the printout and then send it. But where we have to send it? To ugc or to cbse? Can we get a proper address?
And I am also afraid because they have said that any wrong filled information can not be corrected after submission and if found, the roll will get cancel.
Somebody suggest anything.....
