How to simultaneously work and prepare for IES entrance exam?


as of now i am working for essar power ...but i simultaneously need 2 prepare for IES and crack it next year...can you suggest me ways to prepare for this exam

there are coaching centres that provide training on weeknd .can make use of that so that you will have a balance with work n studies
