In your query, you have not mentioned whether you have any teaching experience in a recognized school or not and if you don't, you will not be considered eligible to pursue Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). In order to pursue Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program from this university, apart from being a graduate, candidate must have a minimum of two years of teaching experience at any level in a recognized school.

However, the last date of form submission for the upcoming session has expired on 15-07-2012 and the entrance examination has been scheduled on 19-08-2012.
