How to take admission in B.Tech through lateral entry route?
Dear Sir, I am Anil Sharma. I am studying in Diploma in Textile Technology course from Government Polytechnic, Hissar. I am interested in B.Tech. How to take admission in B.Tech for direct 2nd year?

To take admission in B.Tech course through lateral entry, you should have passed three years Diploma in Engineering course from a recognised college/ university. Admissions to lateral entry B.Tech course are done through lateral entry examinations like LEET, ECET, JELET, etc.,. You have to qualify the entrance examination and participate in the counselling process to get admission in second year of B.Tech course.
