IASE university's validity of diploma certificate for government jobs?
I have studied IASE University's Diploma in Electrical Engineering during the year 200-05 through distance education and completed as per Apex court judgement 23rd January, 2018. I'm eligible or not for statement government job promotions?

As per my knowledge, yes IASE university's valid of diploma certificate for government jobs and the candidates holding a diploma awarded by Institute of Advanced Studies in Education is acceptable by State as well as Central Government of India.
