IBM is the top most MNC company.So they have a placement criteria.You must fulfill the below criteria , then you are applicable for IBM.

1)Candidate must be scored at least 70% in through out career.
2)Pending Backlog are not allowed.
3)Maximum 1 year gap are allowed.

Selection Process for IBM-

1)Aptitude Test.
2)Technical Test
3)Personal Interview.

Recently they are add GD in their recruitment Process .They are provide the GD topics.One time 10 candidate are participate in the GD for IBM .

Topics of GD round:-

• Govt contribution to IT
• Effect of cinema on Youth
• Capitation Fees Should Be Abolished
• Brain-Drain Has To Be Stopped
• Are women As good as Men Or Inferior?
• Nothing Succeeds Like Success
• The Malthusian Economic Prophecy Is No Longer Relevant
• Should India Break Diplomatic Ties With Pakistan?

IBM Placement Papers :

IBM is one of the top MNC's company and this is inviting the applications for graduate or postgraduate students for requiting the various posts through following tests conducted by the IBM.

= = > Aptitude Test,
= = > Technical Round,
= = > GD (some times)
= = > HR Interview.

Apart from first conducted the aptitude test and this containing the general knowledge and maths questions and each question carrying 1 mark.

And after qualifying the aptitude test called for technical round and then called for HR interview and these are based on the HR mind.

IBM is currently a multi-billion dollar IT company which has a worldwide presence..

A candidate can appear for the IBM placement drive if :-

>> The candidate has a minimum of 70% in 10th,12th and graduation..

>> Candidate must have no active backlogs at the time of placement..

In 10th i scored 88% and in 12th i got 81%..I have secured 73.5% in my degree..but hv 68% agree for the entire 4 years.can i get a chance to appear?
