Is ICAR affiliated college degree necessary for CAT exam?

Can I appear in CAT examination if I have done my graduation in Agriculture from a college which is not affiliated with ICAR? If yes, then when would be the next CAT exam is going to be conducted and latest by when one should apply for it?

You need a UGC-approved degree to apply for CAT and you must have at least 50% marks in graduation. Hence, make sure you have got a degree from a UGC-recognised university. ICAR affiliation is necessary for agriculture courses but if the course is completed from a UGC-recognized university then no need to worry.

CAT accepts any degree from a recognized university and ICAR affiliation is not necessary. If you are looking for jobs in the agriculture field then ICAR affiliation is mandatory.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
