Maths: Differential and Integral Calculus, Geometry, 3D geometry, Permutations and Combinations,

Physics: Optics and Modern Physics, Simple Harmonic Motion, Mechanics

Chemistry: Organic chemistry, Thermodynamics and Thermal Reactions, Kinetics, Inorganic Chemistry.

These are some most important and scoring parts in AIEEE exam. In AIEEE some easy questions related to class 11th and 12th experiments are asked.
So you must also read them before going to exam. They are very easy and most scoring.
