The Institution of Civil Engineers in not recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).


The Institute is recognized by the following regulatory bodies:

• Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education, Government of India.
• Association of Indian Universities
• Distance Education Council, Delhi

The institute is also approved by Union Public Service Commission and the qualification obtained through the Institute is also considered for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).

at present institute of civil engineers india is a fake institution mhrd has not renewed recognition given in 2007 for one year. fake letter of aicte is shown by study centres copy of which is denied by aicte under rti. check attached files for clarification
