If I have completed B.Tech in Electronic and Telecommunications branch and with same branch completed Diploma as well but not done 11th and 12th. So, will be eligible to apply for AFCAT entrance?

Airforce Common Admission test eligibility:
1. 3 years graduation with 60% marks + intermediate passed with Physics and Mathematics as core subjects.
Or
4 years B.tech degree from a recognised board.
For your case, you dont have a 4 years B.tech degree ( as you are a lateral entry candidate). And you have not passed intermediate from science. So you are not eligible.
