Is IPCC stage of CA equivalent to Graduation degree?


Is Chartered Accountancy (CA) IPCC course equivalent to a Graduation? Can I get into a Business School just with a CA (IPCC Final) certificate + GMAT Score + B.Com from IGNOU?

Candidate who has completed Chartered Accountancy course and clear final course is considered as equivalent to graduate.

With just IPCC which is the 2nd stage of CA course, a candidate can not be considered as graduate. You must clear all stages of CA course.
