Is CA IPCC considered to be equivalent to graduation? if a person who has passed ca-ipcc exam,then he get graduation or become.please give details

yes! it is equivalent to graduation . In some situations it dominates graduation course .
* Once the candidate who is doing CA completes his IPCC with successful percentage , then he is eligible for abundant private sectors with preferable packages .
* I mean the chances for both will be equal . And in shortly CA is most demandable course by every sector 's now a days .

It is professional degree which can be joined after qualifying examination 12th standard.
