Can you tell me What is the scope of nanotechnology.which institutions were offering PG in nanotechnology and what are the job oppurtunities?

The scope of nanotechnology is tremendous as this subject essentially combines Physics, Chemistry, Bio- technology, etc. You can excel in this field after getting an M.Tech degree in this subject.

Indian Institute of Science(Bangalore), National Physical Laboratory(Delhi), Indian Institutes of Technology at (Kanpur, Chennai, Guwahati, Delhi and Mumbai) and Amity Institute of Nanotechnology(Noida) are offering PG courses in Nanotechnology.

There are a lot of opportunities in nanotechnology.It consists subject like Bio- technology and Chemistry which are supposed to be a very important subject.

the scope for job in nano technology is really tremendous.

As because nanotechnology is an emerging field in india, it offer good career prospect after completing master dgree.

you can work in drugs company,food & breverage,research,academics,electronics etc.

For example:- all engineering branches involves in development of things (from chips to satellite),where as nanotechnology involves in development of things(from zepto micro chips to nano micro chips)

you can opt for research work in nano technology ..........it has a large scope abroad.....there you will be paid good and the platform for research is also good............

The scope of nanotechnology is very good in india as we dont have that much people here thats why there are lot of vaccancies available in this field, Just go for it.

Dear friend there is lot of scope in this field as it is related to nanoparticles.
We know that as India is a developing country and now most of the work is done on machines.

For looking further you can opt college in DU,IIT and some NIT because they provides the good scope in nanotechnology.
