You have not mentioned in your question whether you want the junior engineer syllabus of CPWD or DVC.

The CPWD exam for junior engineer consists of 2 sections:
1. General Awareness
2. General engineering

The standard of the questions in Engineering subjects will be approximately on the level of Diploma in Engineering (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical) from a recognized Institute, Board or University and recognized by All India Board of Technical Education.The syllabus for Junior Engineer is provided below.
