You may not get all previous year question papers of Class X Hindi on Internet.
You may get hardly 3-4 years previous year papers but not all. Because, all papers are not uploaded on the sites. Also, if you get question papers then they will be without solutions.

For this purpose, you will have to purchase books that contain previous year question papers with solutions. There are many books in the market like Together With Publication Books, Arihant Publication Books, Xtra Innings 20-20 of Rachna Sagar Publications, etc. These books are very good and are available very easily in the Bookshop.

However, if you want to download question papers from websites only, then you may prefer these sites:
