MAT stands for Management Aptitude Test . The Examination is conducted by All India Management Association .

The Examination is conducted four times in a year during the month of February , May , September , and December .

The minimum qualification for appearing in MAT is graduation in any discipline from any recognized University .Final year student in any undergraduate can also apply.

MAT Exam Details:-

All India Management Association conducts the Management Aptitude Test or MAT as it is commonly known as. This exam is the second most popular exam after CAT which is given to pursue a post graduate degree in management. For four times a year you can give this exam. Both online and offline mode can be used to give this exam.

If you are a graduate in any discipline then you are eligible to sit for this exam. Even final year students can give this exam.

There is no restriction on age or number of permissible attempts. So you have the liberty to give this exam whenever you want to and as many times as you want to.

Questions will be mainly objective types and within a span of 150 minutes you need answer total 200 questions. For each right answer you will get 1 mark.

Following sections needs special attention:

• Reading Comprehension
  
• Data Interpretation/Data Sufficiency
  
• Quantitative Aptitude
  
• Logical and Critical Reasoning
  
• General Awareness

Generally the marks of the first four sections are considered only. Whether the last section will be taken into account or not entirely depends on the institution you want to get enrolled in.

Forms will be available in return of Rs. 1200 from the listed branches of Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, listed Study Centres of AIMA or from AIMA, New Delhi. By sending demand draft in favor of AIMA too you can get the application form.
