important dates:

online registration of application : 15.2.11.

offline sale of prospectus-cum application forms : 15.2.11

Last date for applying online application : 15.3.11(upto 5.00pm)

Last date for receipt of application :15.3.11(upto to 5.00pm)

Online :

General / OBC category : 1000/-(SC/ST category : Rs.800/-)+Transation charges as applicable.Payment through computer generated challan form in any branch of state bank of india.The candidates are requird to bring aiims copy of challan form at the time of entrance examination on 1.6.11 along admit card and handover the same to the Invigilator failing which they will not be allowed to enter.

By Hand : General/OBC Category Rs.1000/-(SC/ST Category Rs.800/-)

All India Institute of Medical Sciences Entrance Exam – AIIMS Application Form 2011

• On-line Application : A candidate can submit application On-Line through Internet. Visit www.aiimsexams.org read the prospectus, The candidate can pay the application fee through a challan form (downloaded from internet while applying on-line) in any branch of State Bank of India. Transaction Processing Fee (as applicable) will be payable by the applicant to the Bank.

The Candidates are required to bring AIIMS copy of challan form at the time of Entrance Examination on 01.06.2011 alongwith admit card and handover the same to the Invigilator failing which they will not be allowed to enter.
Help manual, other details carefully and follow the instructions given therein.

• AIIMS 2011 Off-line : The Prospectus-cum-Application Form can also be obtained by Speed Post/Registered Post by sending a crossed Bank Draft for 1050/- For General/OBC and 850/- for SC/ST category drawn in favour of the “Accounts Officer (Exams), AIIMS – MBBS-2011″.

Important Dates For AIIMS exam (Tentative): -

1. Date of Entrance examination = June 5, 2011

2. Availability of application forms = March 15, 2011

3. Last date for receipt of completed application form = March 31, 2011

From State Bank of India branches, you can buy the application forms in Madhya Pradesh.

Or

The AIIMS application form can also be obtained by post by sending a request form along with a Demand Draft to AIIMS.
