what is the last date of BTC form submission for B.Tech students?

As per my knowledge for pursuing BTC the minimum Educational Qualifications required for BTC is a Bachelors degree in any stream with 50% marks or equivalent qualifications from a university recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC). There is 5% relaxation for reserved candidates and a Candidates must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh and should be between 18 years to 30 years in age. Relaxation of 5 years is given to reserved candidates. The date of submission of form has already paased, as per my record it was in the month of september.
