i want to know the level of toughness of pnb mains exam. Does it come of a level like that of CAT or of MAT level??

No, Its exam is not tough as of the CAT but the english portion that comes in exam comes upto the level of MAT but you can qualify it easily if you will answer only right questions and not waste time in guessing

the exam is not that tough
you need not to worry this much instead you devote much of your time to study well
the exam has general level as other bank exams and surely you'll ba able to do this if studied with concentration
