Re: List of companies for which I am eligible after scoring 59.8% in 10th, 54.4% in 12th?
Most probably any company would hire you. I could have been more specific if you had mentioned which B.Tech course you have completed. I also don't think that one year gap between 12th and B.Tech is going to be such a big issue. Most companies don't mind 1 year gap. Therefore I believe you can apply for every single company out there related to your stream and find a great job.
You also have the option to work for Public Sector Undertakings. The requirement for PSU is B.Tech with at least 60 percent marks. You easily meet this requirement. Each PSU has its own written test to apply for the job. Some of the top PSU that offer jobs are: BHEL ISRO BEL HAL ONGC IOCL DRDO GAIL The entire process can only be known through the website of each PSU or the job ad that is generally posted by Public Sector Undertakings in various leading newspapers. The written test is followed by an interview before you will get a job. One more thing, to get Public Sector Undertaking job it is necessary to appear in the GATE entrance exam. Although this exam is for M.Tech admission but Public Sector Undertakings give huge importance to the performance of candidate in this exam. Make sure you appear in the GATE exam if you haven't appeared already. As far as private sector jobs are concerned like I said earlier, I could be more specific if you had mentioned the course. Anyway if you have completed Automobile Engineering then companies like Toyota, Tata, Maruti Suzuki, Bajaj etc would hire you. The minimum required percentage in B.Tech for these companies is 60 percent. If you have completed Electronics and Communication Engineering then Infosys would be the first company to hire you. Apart from that Microsoft, Airtel, Intel, Vodafone, Samsung, LG, Wipro, Idea etc are some other companies that can hire you. |
