Is M.Sc in Computer Science considered equivalent to B.Tech/BE?
Is M.Sc in Computer Science considered equivalent to B.Tech/ BE in PSU? If yes, then for which PSUs? Also, is M.Sc considered equivalent to B.Tech/BE for ISRO?

No, candidates with M.Sc qualification are not eligible to join PSUs as PSU does not consider the M.Sc qualification equivalent to B.Tech or B.E and only candidates with B.E or B.Tech are eligible to join the PSUs.
