yes, it is recognised by UGC for distance education in MSc chemistry. the eligibility is you should pursue BSc chemistry from any recognised university.

sir I completed my bsc math from madurai kamraj university . after that I want to take admission in ignou ..but ignou says:

"as per UGC rules I am not eligible for master degree program "

why ignou say like this .
