Is Manav Bharti University equal to Sambalpur University ?

No no why would be Manav Bharti University be equivalent to Sambalpur or to any other University for that matter? They are two different universities and situated in different places. While Manav Bharti University is located in Himachal Pradesh, Sambalpur University is located in Sambalpur. Sambalpur University has a rigorous facility for PhD. and M.Phil courses. But, Manav Bharti University offers graduation and master degree courses only. They have not proceeded towards M.Phil as yet. The faculty is different for both universities. Even the entrance examination pattern, number of seats per course, fee per course varies in both university. Only the generic things will be similar. Say, the duration of a course is universal in India. So no one can increase or decrease that. Other than that there is not much common in both universities.
