Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Exam 2011 Age Limit

(A) TNPSC Group 1 Age Limit as on 01.07.2010.

(i) Minimum Age Limit for TNPSC Group 1 Exam 2011 : Should have completed 21 years (for all candidates) (i.e. should have been born on or before 01.07.1989)

(ii) Maximum Age Limit for TNPSC 2011 Exam : Should not have completed.

(a) 35 years for SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BC(OBCM)s, BCMs, and Destitute Widows of all castes.

(b) 30 years for candidates not belonging to any of the above said categories.

TNPSC is the state public exam of Tamil Nadu.
Just like UPSC,every state conducts state public service examination and the eligibility criteria is similar as that of UPSC.
The minimum age limit is 21 years and the Maximum is 30 with age relaxation of 2 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Also the minimum educational qualification needed is any degree from a recognised Indian University.
