NEET refers to National Eligibility cum Entrance Test and same is a common national level medical entrance examination which is held once every year by CBSE for admission in MBBS or BDS degree course in any medical college across India apart from AIIMS.

As far as you are concerned about the age limit for appearing in NEET 2017, then it is 17 years to 25 years by the 31st December 2017. Further for reserved category candidates the maximum age limit is 30 years by the 31st December 2017.

So having born on 24/12/1992 you are eligible for NEET only if you belong to reserved category as your age exceeds the age limit for general category candidates since you turn 25 years on 24/12/2017 before the deadline date for NEET 2017 which is 31st December 2017.
