Can I take admission in the intermediate course of Company secretaryship? I am BCom pass but scored 40% marks.

You are eligible for the intermediate course of company secretaryship.
eligibilty is pass in graduation with commerce

as per Company Secretarial act you can take intermediate course for this percantage doesnt matter but you should be passe any graduation course and you must not have any back in any year if you satisfiy these conditions you can take

And while joining you must carry the original marks card with attest and photos and fee and for more information you can have the help in www.icsi.edu and i think this information will help you

I had failed in B.com 1st year and next year i passed that exam And i also have gave improvment exam in 2nd year but in B.com final year i got 45% marks can i take eligible for the intermediate course ?

you must be passed any graduation course and you must not have any back in any year .you must have your original mark sheet.i think you must have more than 55%.

After graduation only you are eligible for company secretary course. You write common proficiency test for cs. Then it consists of three parts namely start,intermediate and final levels. All the best

Dear friend as you have completed B.Com with 40%, you can direct admission for intermediate course

Eligibility for Intermediate/ Executive Course - Graduates of all streams except Fine Arts are eligible for a company secretary executive course


Eligibility for Final/ Professional Course - After having qualified in the Intermediate course, a student is eligible to study the final course.

Company Secretary Training - A student who has passed the executive or professional course has to undergo the management training of 15 months either in the companies sponsored by the institute or under the guidance of a Company Secretary in practice.
