What are the educational qualification required for the post of Lecturer in Polytechnic Colleges in Tamil Nadu either Government Polytechnic Colleges or private colleges?

Minimum qualification required for post of Lecturer in Polytechnic Colleges:-

Candidates should have a degree in BTech / BE / Mtech in respective engineering streams.
for computer engineering department candidates should have a degree in BTech / BE/ M.tech / MCA from a recognised.

general and OBC candidate should have a minimum of 55% marks in engineering course.
St / St candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks in their engineering course.
minimum age required to work as a lecturer in Government polytechnic College should be 21 years and upper age limit should not be above 35 years.

As polytechnic College are under state government so you will have to apply for state service commission entrance exam for recruitment of technical teacher for engineering and polytechnic colleges.
