Re: Are my children eligible for OBC quota if I am earning 1 lakh per month?
OBC stands for Other Backward Caste. Under OBC, there are two layers called creamy and non creamy layer. As per latest criteria defined, those who earn more than 6 lacs per annum comes under OBC creamy layer and do not get advantages of reservation.
As your annual income is Rs 12,00,000 per annum, your children are not eligible for reservation benefits. |
