I have got diploma in civil engineering from aise through distance mode from Patna. Is my certificate valid for getting bihar govt job as junior engineer? Degree has been awarded by aise rajasthan ant have any distance or patna mentioned in certificate

First of all you need to go through the official notification of the recruitment where you will get to know if they are considering the students if one has completed his Diploma from a different state then Bihar.
Secondly, you need to check if they are considering the students who have completed Diploma from a distance learning institute and then accordingly you can apply for the post.
