Is it necessary to complete Diploma in Architecture for writing NATA exam?

Can we apply for NATA during my 2 year 4th semester of Diploma in Architecture course? Or, is it compulsory to complete all the 3 years and then apply for it?

Default Re: Is it necessary to complete Diploma in Architecture for writing NATA exam?

The minimum education required to apply for NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) is a Class 12th in any stream with Mathematics as one of the major subjects with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised board of education. Students, having opted for equivalent diploma courses are also eligible. Further, candidates pursing final year of their qualifying degree course are eligible to apply for the same examination.

So, being a student of second year of Diploma in Architecture degree course which is a three year course, you are not eligible to apply for NATA this year but you can apply for the same examination from next year once you get into the final year of your Diploma in Architecture degree course.

For more details and updates regarding NATA, you can refer to the link www.nata.ac.in.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
