There are categories called SC/ST/OBC but there isn't any category as 'OC'. Moreover, your question is incomplete. Allotment of seats depends on college administration. There are different numbers of seats in different college/institute. Please provide the name of the college/institute for which you want to know the number of seats.

Certainly, there are reservation for tuition fees and seats as per communities.
