Communication & Control Engineering are not considered as separate branches.
They are the branches of specialization in Electrical Engineering, so if you want to opt for these , then you have to take admission in electrical core branch.

Electrical Power Engineering deals with power system, power generation.
It is field with very high placement opportunities as demand for electrical is only going to increase.

Computer Science:
Placement prospectus are booming now a days after being marred by recession. In this you have do coding for software companies. It is also the top choice for toppers of engineering exams. Demand for computerization of every field, demand for computer science graduates is only going to increase.
