For post graduation you can do MSc MLT, MBA (Hospital Management) or MSc in microbiology /Biochemistry.MLT candidates find opportunities in Hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, public health facilities, and commercial laboratories. You can hold a faculty position or work as a researcher.

Re: PG courses after bsc mlt
Hello friend,
There are different career paths you can choose after doing B.Sc in MLT. You can do M.Sc in MLT, also M.Sc in biochemistry according to your interest. Biochemistry has very good career opportunities which have its inner branches like environmental chemistry, organic chemistry etc. M.Sc in biochemistry covers the topics of : bioorganic chemistry, biophysical chemistry, human physiology, microbiology and virology, basic immunology, enzymology etc. You can join in research works also if you like to in future. The institutes offering M.Sc in biochemistry are: Pondicherry University,Puducherry, Bangalore University, Bangalore. Sri Ramachandra University, Porur, Chennai University of Calicut, Kakatiya University,Vidyavanyapuri,Warangal So don't be confused at this stage and step forward with the subject you like most. Wish you all the best.. |

Re: PG courses after bsc mlt
Dear Friend,
According to my opinion Going for MBA in Biotechnology or MBA in Hospital management or MBA in Pharmaceutical management will be the best option after completing your graduation in B.Sc in MLT.If you go for M.Sc , where you will be having less chances to get good packages.but if you go for MBA course then you will be having huge chance to get opportunities in to various top level companies and you can get opportunity directly in to their senior level management and middle level management. It is possible only when you do MBA from top business schools. To get admission in to top business schools then you must qualify in CAT or GMAT entrance test then only you will be having chance to get admission in to top business schools in India.CAT is a common admission to be conducted by IIMs to get admission in to their various management programs, this is a online test conducted by India wide.almost all the top business schools in India are accepting CAT score. GMAT is another entrance test, which is accepted all most all the top business schools in the world.GMAT is a graduate management admission test conducted to get admission in to various business schools in the world. This score is valid for for 5 years. You can get admission with this score up to 5 years, but try to join within 2 years, if you make late then you will be less preferred in the admission procedure. To apply for all the above entrance tests, you must be completed your graduation with 50% of marks from recognized university and if you are belonging to SC and ST categories then 45% of marks are enough. Top Business schools in India; 1.Indian institute of management-Ahmadabad 2.Indian institute of management-Luck now 3.Indian institute of management-Kolkata 4.Indian institute of management-Bangalore 5.Indian school of Business-Hyderabad 6.XLRI-Jamshedpur 7.Faculty management studies 8.Indian institute of management-Ghaziabad 9.SP Jain institute of management 10.Indian institute of management-Indore Regards |
