Hi! I have done P.G.D.B.M. from I.P.M.(Institute of poroductivity&management)from Lucknow in the year 2000.I have 8 years of industrial experience,recently i have started my career in academics. I want to know that if i am eligible for Ph.D. or not as i do not have master's degree.Please suggest.

It depends from where you want to do PhD from. Various institutes and Universities have their own criterias for admission to PhD. programmes. Some of them also give admission on the basis of Undergraduate programme and work experience.

I think you are eligible for professional p.hd. degree.

there are many institute in india which provides it.

like,IIM'S provide has special p.hd. program for working professionals. , SRM business school,etc.

as you have done pgdmb you are eligible for some of the universities in India .....the 8 years experience will get you into the institute easily.......
you will have to contact the individual institutes/university as you come under a special case ......

you are eligible but not in all the universities ,the most important thing in your favor is your 8 years of experience ,this will rally help in getting considered for phd program

My U.G is B.sc Medical lab technology (3yrs) And i had my P.G Diploma in advance laboratory methods in haematology and pathology from madras university (2yrs). as you have completed your post graduate which is equivalent to master degree,so you are eligible to do P.hd course.
to get admission in good college you have to appear for NET

for doing p.hd you must have a master degree.since you have don the post graduation which is equivalent to the master degree so you are eligible,
so now just go for the applying in the different universities for your p.hd.
