The validity of PhD pursued from Manav Bharati University depends upon the subject area of the research.
If you are willing to pursue PhD in Technical discipline from the university, it will not be acceptable because the university is not approved by All India Council for Technical Education.

Manav Bharati University is approved by University Grant Commission and therefore, if you pursue PhD in non-technical department, it will be valid on national level.
